So I shot my part last week in the indie film I mentioned before, The Golden Age.....It was fun and easy breezy. Here are a few of pics from the location downtown:

Mai Tai

Got invited to a very inspiring event at Trader Vic's (yummm mai tais) on Sunday night with my friend Jen Cetrone for East LA Classic Theatre Company. It's been up and running for 15 years and is headed by major character actor Tony Plana. He blew me away with his knowledge of stats on the LA school system as well as his passion.
Did you know that CA spends 3 times as much on prisons as they do on education?
What? And all of the arts has been cut in our schools. What?

I've already gotten in touch with the board to get involved. And maybe you should too.
